Sinus Cleaning … the Neti Pot

Well I think its an odd topic to talk about but after years of talking to people about my sinus infections. I'm ready to take the big leap and get a Neti Pot. Before you get all squeamish on me... listen. The idea is that your nose when you are sick, or just in the course of a every day activity, gets clogged, and hampers the bodies natural ability to keep it clean. So things like viruses are able to stay in your nose longer and infect you. By keeping things clean, you can purge these things faster, keeping you more resiliant to the Cold or the Flu.
